Job Description

About the Role:

HR professional

Role & responsibilities

1. Payroll & Compensation Administration

  • End-to-end payroll management ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, and incentive administration.

2. Taxation

  • Compliance with statutory tax requirements including TDS, PF & professional tax.
  • Coordinating with finance and tax consultants on HR-related taxation.

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Management of employee benefits programs, reward structures & perks.
  • Conduct compensation surveys and review market trends for competitiveness.

4. Performance Management System

  • Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal setting & cascading.
  • Coach managers on performance calibration, feedback and corrective actions.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and partner with vendors to deliver L&D initiatives.
  • Track training effectiveness and ROI on learning interventions.

6. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage hiring end-to-end across levels including workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Leverage ATS and job portals for candidate sourcing, screening and selection.

7. Talent Management

  • Implement succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.

8. Policy Formation

  • Draft, update and ensure dissemination of HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain a centralized policy repository and assist in communication.

9. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and HR related statutory mandates.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support inspections by authorities.

10. HR Operations & Employee Services

  • Oversee HR operations covering employee lifecycle activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for employee relations and grievance resolution.

11. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with HR vendors: payroll, training providers, consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA Human Resources from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years

    of progressive experience in core HR functions (required).

Skills & Competencies:

  • HR Systems:

    Experience with

    SAP HANA

    ,

    SPINE HRMS

    , ATS tools.
  • Technical Skills:

    Exceptional proficiency in

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation:

    Strong ability to design and deliver effective presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
