Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with internal and external stakeholders such as Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Intermediaries, etc.
Prepare and update various MIS.
Interact with Debt market participants, for issuance of Commercial Paper, and Non-convertible Debenture of the company.
Handle operational activities related to investments in Mutual Fund and Bank Deposits
Debt Market compliance with respect to Stock exchange, NSDL, Debenture Trustees and Regulators.
Assist in servicing of Loans & compliance with Banks
Coordination with Credit Rating Agencies.
Assist in Preparation of Asset Liability management (ALM) report.
Assist the team in Treasury-related IT transformation initiatives.
Assist in Bank Loan Reconciliations,
Assist in managing Bank Documentation related tasks.
Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
