Senior Executive - HR

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining HRMS records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, organizing training sessions, and assisting in performance appraisals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. - Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees. - Maintain HRMS records and update them regularly. - Handle employee letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations. - Ensure statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws. - Maintain proper documentation and handle audits/inspections. - Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. - Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. - Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. - Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness. - Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain appraisal records. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree is required.
