Senior Executive - HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to workers, including wages, working hours, safety standards, and benefits.
  
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, contractor agreements, and other HR documentation to ensure clarity, legality, and mutual agreement.
  
• Monitor contractual obligations and renewal deadlines, coordinating with legal and finance teams where necessary.
  
• Conduct periodic audits of employee and contractor files to ensure completeness and compliance.
  
• Provide guidance and training to management and employees on labor laws, contract terms, and company policies.
  
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including worker grievances, complaints, and disputes.
  
• Maintain liaison with labor authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to inspections or audits.
  
• Support dispute resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal standards.
  
• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure contract terms are properly reflected in compensation and benefits.
  
• Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and recommend policy updates accordingly.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field. HR or legal certifications preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on compliance, labor law, and contract management.
  
• Deep understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements related to workers and contractors.
  
• Experience drafting and managing employment and contractor contracts.
