Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building a positive work culture.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Conduct induction programs and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Set up employee profiles in HRMS/GreytHR.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and follow-up actions.

4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Support validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift details.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records for PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.

5. Performance Management

  • Support and monitor the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Assist managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and evaluating performance.
  • Maintain performance data and follow improvement plans.

7. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Manage exit formalities including resignation, F&F, and exit interviews.

8. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
  • Support statutory compliance as per labor laws and audit requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools (GreytHR).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
