Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and administrative support. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while supporting smooth HR & Admin functions.

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Managing Admin Activities: Canteen Facility, Transport Management, Civil, Horticulture, Security & Housekeeping Management/Pantry.
  2. End-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
  3. Handling internal & External Audits activity
  4. Preparation of payroll reports and statutory filings.
  5. Time office management of plant

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/HR or related field.
  2. 59 years of relevant experience in payroll & administration and handling plant operations.
  3. Preparation of payroll reports and statutory filings.
  4. Good Communication.
  5. Open to relocate and work in Dharuhera.
