3. Spare part management and monitor spare consumption.
4. Machine Health Checkup Planning and Execution.
5. Capex budget monitoring, gap analysis & reasons share to Corporate
6.Rationalization Activity (Line Shifting ).
7. Maintenance Planning & Support on Holiday.
8. Shut Down Maintenance Planning and Execution.
9. Maintenance Document Verification.
10. Department KPI Target (Activity monitoring to meet Target)
1. Electrical Machine Drawing Study & making .
2. Advance Knowledge of Electrical Devices
3. Hands on Experience on Mitsubishi Fx & Q Series Digital and Analog PLC Programming as per requirement
4. Hands on Experience on Mitsubishi Servo
Drive J2S, J3 & J4 series parameter setting and installation.
5. Hands on Experience on Secial devices Vision Sensor, DC Nutrunner, Invertor and LVDT teaching and setting paramter.
6. Team leading and guiding as required.
7. Machine Modification and Overhaulling.
8. Spare & Cost Management.
