Job Description

Documentation of executed & planned maintenance activities
Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities as per schedule
Troubleshooting /attending breakdowns(Minimizing down time)
To maintain target of MTTR, MTBF & % of breakdown
Why - why analysis on Critical & Repetitive breakdowns
Improvements activities in machines, Utilities & Assembly
Reduced repeatative breakdown
Handling Manpower, its shift schedule
System implementation ISO, IATF 16949, GA Procedures
To repair faulty spares in ready to use condition
Operation & maintenance of Utility equipment s (Hopper Dryer, HRS temp controller, Chiller, MTC, Complete Pump House, STP Plant, Water softening Plant, Air compressor, 40/20 T EOT Crane)
Deciding, planning & implementing corrective & preventive actions with possible horizontal deployment for non-occurrence of the same fault again
Updating of UET s as per monthly schedules
Checking daily Energy consumption Updation, Daily Diesel consumption updating, Oil, Grease
Working on Energy saving projects

Qualification - Engineeering Gratuade / Dilpoma with required experience

Experience - 10 yrs
