Service Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vending Machine Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair vending machines across our customer locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Install and set up vending machines at client locations as per company standards Perform regular maintenance checks and preventive servicing on machines Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vending machines Maintain service logs and complete all service reports and documentation Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of all machines Provide basic training to clients on machine usage if needed Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools Communicate with supervisors and report any recurring technical issues or client concerns Key Skills & Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering Basic Electrical Knowledge including: Understanding of AC/DC power supply systems Basic wiring and circuit troubleshooting Use of multimeters and electrical testing tools Familiarity with fuses, relays, switches, and circuit breakers Knowledge of safety procedures while working with electricity 0–3 years of experience in technical servicing Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical components Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Willingness to travel to client sites and work on-field Valid driving license (preferred) If you're passionate about technical services and ready to make an impact in the corporate space, apply now and grow your career with us!
