Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit support. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal processes through effective reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, invoice validation, and bookkeeping.
• Ensure accurate monthly book closure and account reconciliations.
• Manage GST, Income Tax, PF, and PT compliances.
• Maintain organized records, both physical and digital, for audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and responses.
• Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and track Capex on a cost center basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Must be proficient in English and Malayalam (reading, writing, and speaking)

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally Prime, and ERP-based accounting platforms
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with auditing and financial reporting practices
