Responsibilities

• Ensure candidates enrollment and onboarding over the learning platform as per the batch size for the selected courses.
• Support training delivery for employability skills and tech-driven courses in offline/online mode for college-going youth.
• Build rapport with colleges and universities for tie-ups and MOUs for students training. Interact with potential/prospective college principals, training & placement officers & NGOs through personal visits, emails, and telephone calls to inform them about relevant programs and their benefits.
• Reach out to colleges in the geography and establish tie-ups, comfortable traveling across the south region (KA, TN, AP, TS & KL), making calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and facilitating new admissions/registrations.
• Provide complete information about courses/programs, assisting in the admissions/registration process.
• Regular follow-up with college principals, training & placement officers & NGOs on admissions/registration & post-training activities.
• Handle student queries and help them understand the different available courses on the learning platform.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Maintain the database, prepare reports, and give presentations to the management team.
• Follow up with candidates upon completion of the course along with certification.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelors/Masters degree, with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in the development sector, preferably the education sector.
• Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the CSR domain.
• Candidate must be young, smart, active, and possess good convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must.
• Fair knowledge of the MS Office software suite is desirable.
• Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil, & Telugu.
