Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of Agents, Insured and IC offices.
Sending emails / Phone calls to Agents/Insured regarding outstanding claims.
Coordinating with IC for Repudiation approvals/ Delay condo nation / Reopening of the claim as the case may be.
Adhere the TATs in sending MIS to IC UW offices / Reporting Manager
Promptly attending Emails, Phone calls, WhatsApp messages of Clients.
Market Intelligence shall be gathered from all possible sources Competitors good and bad practices to grab the new business opportunities
Open to travel
