Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the monitoring of domestic and international compliance activities.
Assist in tracking and reporting on ongoing litigation matters.
Contribute to internal restructuring initiatives through data analysis and coordination.
Track and analyze budget vs. actual financial performance across business units.
Monitor critical business areas and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and action items following review calls.
Analyze Excel files to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Perform detailed calculations and updates within Excel models.
Maintain a well-organized repository of all received and processed files.
Provide support on additional strategic and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

:CA Freshers Preferre
dStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
.Excellent organizational and documentation skills
.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
.Strong communication and coordination skills
.Prior experience in compliance, litigation tracking, or financial analysis is a plus
