Senior Client Servicing Executive

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked at a creative or digital agency, knows how to handle clients independently, and can translate business objectives into actionable briefs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the single point of contact for multiple clients, managing day-to-day communication and timelines
• Understand client goals, gather requirements, and translate them into clear briefs for the creative and strategy teams
• Coordinate across branding, design, and digital teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain clarity in communication between internal teams and clients at every step
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with expectations, timelines, and quality standards
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients.
• Plan reviews, feedback loops, and approvals in an organised manner
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and provide support in pitching for new business.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role within a creative/digital/branding agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
