Sales Executive - Commercial Real Estate Leasing

Key Responsibilities: Tele-calling & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects and follow up on incoming leads to generate new business opportunities. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and successful deal closures. Conduct market research to identify and tap into high-demand commercial areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients seeking retail spaces. Schedule and conduct property viewings, showcasing available retail spaces. Negotiate rental agreements and close deals efficiently. Provide daily reporting to management on leads, conversions, and other key metrics. Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies. Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales, mandatory in real estate . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in tele-calling and cold calling. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local real estate markets is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Why Join Us?
