Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand our presence on freelance platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and building long-term partnerships within the branding and design industry. This role involves leading the business development efforts, managing inbound inquiries, and executing outbound sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the sales strategy for Westwall Studio, focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
• Manage and convert inbound inquiries into new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound activities, including cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and establishing the brand on platforms like Upwork.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Understand clients’ needs and translate them into tailored solutions for branding, packaging, and design services.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and report on progress against targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically within the branding and design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus.
• Knowledge of branding, packaging design, and creative services.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
