Job Description

Sales Strategy Development

· Creating Sales Plans: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets or clients to target.

· Target Setting: Set sales goals and targets for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

· Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and industry events.

· Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients to discuss their interior design needs, present ideas, and provide product/service solutions.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations

· Product/Service Presentation: Create compelling sales presentations to showcase design services, portfolio, and products.

· Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed quotes, proposals, and design concepts tailored to client needs.

· Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, prices, and project scope with clients to close deals successfully.

Team Leadership and Management

· Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of sales representatives and offer guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve results.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as design and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Achieving Monthly Sales Targets

· Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding the monthly sales targets set by the company, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.

· Performance Tracking: Regularly assess progress towards sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met within the given timeframe.

· Incentive Alignment: Align sales team efforts with monthly objectives, motivating and incentivizing the team to achieve high performance and reach sales goals on a consistent basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
