📍 Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

🧳 Experience: 8+ years in Exhibitions / Events / BTL

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days & Alternate Saturdays

Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships and large-scale international event projects. You will play a strategic role in client retention, project success, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring timely, creative, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end client engagement and relationship management

Strategically collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated solutions

Drive project delivery aligned with client goals and company processes

Guide and mentor junior team members

Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements:

8+ years in client servicing or account management (exhibitions/events preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Background in MBA, Architecture, or relevant diploma

Process-driven and deadline-oriented approach

Open to international travel
