Roles and Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong business pipeline across multiple clients and sectors. Maintain long-term client relationships across the country through effective communication and service excellence. Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to drive monthly revenue growth . Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality planning, execution, and post-campaign support. Take end-to-end ownership of brand accounts — from onboarding to relationship management. Contribute to organizational growth through strategic insights and proactive problem-solving in day-to-day operations. Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of all campaign and production deliverables, following standardized processes. Analyze and maintain detailed brand performance reports and campaign data. Support regional business growth by identifying opportunities and achieving targeted sales benchmarks. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or Account Management , preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-profile clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Experience in business development and cold outreach . Proficiency in data management and portfolio tracking . Willingness to travel across cities as per project or client requirements.
