Job Description

Overview:


We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Client Servicing Manager who will take full ownership of managing our key clients while leading and mentoring the client servicing team. This role requires strong communication, project management, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage clients end-to-end with excellence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Management

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end and key clients.
  2. Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure seamless communication across internal teams.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and execute client projects or events from start to finish.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
  5. Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
  6. Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to clients based on their requirements and goals.


  • Team Leadership & Management

  1. Lead, manage, and mentor the Client Servicing team end-to-end.
  2. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements and skill sets.
  3. Take regular follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
  4. Conduct training, upskilling, and performance improvement sessions for the team.
  5. Ensure proper workflow, planning, and team coordination for smooth execution.
  6. Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and the Client Servicing team for updates, reporting, and decision-making.


  • Project Coordination & Execution

  1. Coordinate with design, production, operations, and technical teams for project execution.
  2. Create timelines, project plans, and ensure all deliverables are met.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Maintain documentation and reporting of project activities, deliverables, and post-project analysis.


Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project Management.

Proven experience managing clients independently, preferably in events, or similar industries.

Strong leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
