Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, operations, and influencer teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the execution of influencer and digital campaigns from planning to final delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and share insights with clients.
• Resolve issues proactively and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the campaign.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to client growth.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and updates for all assigned projects.

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in Client Servicing within an

  advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing

  environment.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and campaign processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.
