We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
international voice process employees. The ideal candidate should be able to partner with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and enhance employee engagement and retention
in a fast-paced environment.
1. Act as the first point of contact for
employees and managers in assigned business units (International Voice Process).
2. Partner with operations leaders to drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational
effectiveness.
3. Handle employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, grievance handling, and separations.
4. Manage employee relations effectively, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and compliantly.
5. Drive HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary procedures in line with organizational standards.
6. Collaborate with business teams on manpower planning, attrition control, and retention strategies.
7. Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
8. Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, engagement, performance metrics) to
provide insights to leadership.
9. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams for seamless HR support.
3. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
4. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations in the Indian context.
5. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
Proven experience in handling employee engagement, grievance management, and performance processes.
