Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – OEM Sales and Sales Planning

Experience Required:

4–9 years in OEM sales coordination, planning, or customer support within an industrial or manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

B.Com, M.Com, BE (Electrical/Mechanical); MBA or PGDM preferred

Budget:

Rs.5.00 – 8.00 LPAAs a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager – OEM Sales and Sales Planning, you will support the OEM sales and planning function by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients and supporting the execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track OEM customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in coordination with production and logistics teams.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and demand plans based on customer inputs and historical data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for OEM clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability for OEM orders.
  • Maintain and update sales and planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal review and decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
  • Proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in OEM customer handling, order processing, or sales coordination
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and Excel/reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
