Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR

As the ideal candidate for the position, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment and staffing process for both teaching and non-teaching positions. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to making offers. You will also collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions that meet staffing needs. Additionally, you will be in charge of conducting staff orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, and addressing any employee relations issues that may arise. Your role will involve supporting the institution's professional development and staff welfare policies.
