Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.
  • Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management, appraisal coordination, and HR policy implementation.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Support the HR Head in driving company culture and HR initiatives.
