Senior Executive Air Freight (Export & Import)

As a Senior Executive in Air Freight (Export & Import) at our company, your role will involve handling and responding to air freight export/import enquiries from multiple sales regions across India. You will collaborate with internal sales teams and external clients to understand shipment requirements and provide customized logistics solutions. Your responsibilities will also include leading air freight pricing, rate negotiations, and booking confirmations with a strong focus on cost efficiency and service reliability. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end execution of export and import shipments, ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance. It will be important for you to maintain accurate reports to support invoicing, cost control, and service reconciliation. Providing dedicated service support to key accounts while ensuring smooth coordination between commercial and operations teams will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and respond to air freight export/import enquiries from multiple sales regions. - Collaborate with internal sales teams and external clients to provide customized logistics solutions. - Lead air freight pricing, rate negotiations, and booking confirmations. - Oversee end-to-end execution of export and import shipments. - Maintain accurate reports to support invoicing, cost control, and service reconciliation. - Provide dedicated service support to key accounts. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in air freight (export/import) with expertise in pricing, operations, and customer handling. - Strong knowledge of air cargo documentation, customs regulations, and international freight management processes. - Proven track record of handling client interactions; experience in supporting Pan-India operations across multiple industries will be preferred. - IATA / DG Certification mandatory.
