Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Manager to lead client management, event coordination, and business development activities.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling large-scale events, identifying potential clients, managing end-to-end event operations, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, event planners, corporates, agencies, and new business opportunities across India.
• Research upcoming events, exhibitions, and tenders relevant to the company.
• Initiate communication, schedule client meetings, and present company profiles.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and support bid submissions.
• Plan, organize, and execute events as per client requirements and company standards.
• Track budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain proper records of all client communications, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Support the marketing division in converting leads and generating business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on meetings, proposals, and closures.
• Create presentations and promotional materials showcasing company services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in event management, marketing, or client servicing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling corporate or large-scale live events
• Knowledge of vendor coordination, budgeting, and client handling
• Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
