Senior Event Manager

As a Senior Event Planner at ConnectX Events in Andheri West, Mumbai, you will be responsible for planning and managing high-end weddings and social events from concept to execution. Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budgets, coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams, and creating detailed timelines, moodboards, and production plans. Additionally, you will supervise on-ground event execution, troubleshoot in real time, lead junior planners and interns, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the planning journey. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage high-end weddings and social events from concept to execution - Liaise with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budgets - Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for flawless execution - Create detailed timelines, moodboards, and production plans - Supervise on-ground event execution and troubleshoot in real time - Lead junior planners and interns on assigned projects - Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the planning journey Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of event planning experience (wedding industry preferred) - Strong project management and multitasking skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and people-handling abilities - Creative eye with attention to detail - Based in Mumbai and available to work from office (Andheri West) - Willing to work Monday to Saturday and travel for events If you join ConnectX Events, you will be part of a team known for stylish, seamless, and soulful weddings.
