Senior Event Sales Manager

As a Wedding Event Sales Manager at ConnectX Events, your role will involve driving sales for wedding planning services by converting leads into confirmed bookings. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting meetings, and understanding event requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venues will be crucial, as well as collaborating with the planning team to ensure seamless execution. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and representing ConnectX at industry events and bridal expos when required are also part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales for wedding planning services by converting leads into confirmed bookings - Manage client inquiries, conduct meetings, and understand event requirements - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venues - Collaborate with the planning team to ensure seamless execution - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Represent ConnectX at industry events and bridal expos when required Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in sales (experience in events/wedding industry is a bonus) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing abilities - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines - Based in Mumbai and willing to work from office (Andheri West) - Available Monday to Saturday At ConnectX, the focus is not just on planning events but on crafting experiences.
