Senior Event Manager

You will lead end-to-end event operations for corporate, social, and brand events (internal and external). This includes overseeing event logistics, production schedules, site planning, staff coordination, permits, and safety compliance. You will manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracting, and service level enforcement. Collaboration with internal teams to align on event objectives and execution is essential. Developing and managing detailed event budgets to ensure cost control and financial reporting will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting risk assessments and contingency planning will be crucial to anticipate and mitigate potential issues. You will focus on ensuring a high-quality guest experience through effective layout, signage, staff training, and contingency planning. Leading on-site event execution, including setup, real-time issue resolution, and post-event teardown, will require your hands-on involvement. Mentoring and supervising junior Event team members, freelancers, and third-party partners will be part of your role. Evaluating event success and providing post-event reporting and improvement recommendations are key responsibilities. This is a Full-time job that requires work to be carried out in person.,
