Senior ETL Developer

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust ETL processes and data integration workflows using Oracle Data Integrator. This role requires strong technical expertise in data integration and a solid understanding of database systems, performance optimization, and ETL best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Create and optimize mappings between source systems and target data environments. Write and tune complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. Design and implement data integration solutions that are scalable and high-performing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, DBAs, application developers) to support data-driven initiatives. Perform unit testing and provide support during system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ODI integrations. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c (or higher). Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL (Oracle SQL preferred). Solid understanding of ETL design principles and best practices. Experience in designing, developing, and deploying ODI packages, scenarios, procedures, and load plans. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling. Familiarity with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and data migration strategies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience with other data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) for data integration. Basic knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Additional Information: This is a full-time, remote position, with occasional team collaboration hours aligned to CET.
