Senior Environment Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Engineer to lead and manage environmental projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, regulatory frameworks, and environmental impact assessments. Key Responsibilities: Lead environmental assessments, audits, and compliance inspections at project sites. Prepare and review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports and other documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations (e.g., CPCB, SPCB, MoEF). Oversee waste management, air and water quality monitoring, and pollution control systems. Liaise with regulatory authorities for environmental clearances and permits. Implement and monitor ISO 14001 / EMS systems and sustainability initiatives. Train junior engineers and field staff on environmental protocols and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop risk mitigation and environmental management plans (EMP). Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science. 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors). Strong knowledge of EIA, EMP, CPCB/SPCB regulations, ISO 14001, and environmental legislation. Proficiency in report writing, regulatory documentation, and stakeholder communication. Hands-on experience with field monitoring equipment and data analysis is a plus. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
