If so, Verizon Business, a Fortune 50 leader in telecommunications, invites you to join our growing team as an Adobe Journey Orchestration Specialist! In this exciting role, you will be a key player in helping our internal clients leverage the power of Adobe Journey Orchestration to build, monitor, and optimize real-time, multi-channel customer journeys that drive engagement, loyalty, and business results. You will partner closely with various teams to understand their objectives and implement impactful journey strategies. What you'll do: Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements and enhance customer experiences through real-time personalization and journey orchestration. Partner with clients to define use cases, customer journey strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Design and build sophisticated customer journeys within the Adobe Journey Orchestration platform, incorporating various channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications. Configure and manage event-based triggers, segmentation, and real-time personalization within AJO. Design journey logic including suppressions, branching, and A/B testing opportunities to inform optimizations. Develop and execute journey monitoring frameworks to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure optimal customer flow. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data flows and omnichannel engagement. Support campaign performance analysis and recommend strategies for continuous optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to journey implementation and execution. Document journey designs, configurations, and performance insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, particularly Adobe Journey Orchestration and Adobe Experience Platform. You’ll need to have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 4 or more years in building and managing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Orchestration. Deep understanding of customer segmentation, real-time event-based triggers, personalization, and cross-channel message delivery (email, SMS, push notifications) principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights. Proficiency in integrating Adobe Journey Orchestration with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform) and external systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Adobe Journey Orchestration certification. Experience with SQL and data manipulation. Experience in the telecommunications industry.
