Lead and manage the full
ERP implementation lifecycle
including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and map them into ERP solutions.
Configure, customize, and integrate ERP modules such as
Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, Purchase, and Sale
.
Manage
data migration
, validation, and cleansing activities.
Conduct
end-user training sessions
and prepare documentation/manuals.
Work with vendors/partners for system enhancements and support issues.
Monitor
post-implementation system performance
and provide ongoing support and improvements.
Ensure the project is delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide expertise on
ERP best practices and process optimization
.

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) with
5 to 8 years of experience
.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in ERP implementation and support (
IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
, etc.).
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, Purchase, and Sale).
Experience with
SQL
, database management, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of
Agile
and
Waterfall
methodologies.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and training abilities.

Skillsets

ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Knowledge of integration with third-party applications and APIs.
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms.
Application Development:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, C++, .NET, SQL, Oracle.
