Job Summary

highly experienced Embedded SME

Technical Expertise Required:

Strong experience in
Embedded C
programming.
Hands-on knowledge of communication protocols such as
CAN, MODBUS, PROFINET, Ether CAT, RS-485, SPI, I2C, and UART
.
Proven experience working with
MNC GCC centers in Chennai
.
Exposure to
PMO/PSA tools
for project and program management.
Experience in
building and leading large technical teams
(50–250 engineers).
Aspiration to grow into an
Account Delivery Manager (ADM)
role for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Software Development:
Design, implement, and maintain embedded systems.
Full SDLC Ownership:
Lead activities across requirements, design, coding, testing, integration, and maintenance.
Verification & Validation:
Oversee quality and functional safety standards.
Program Management:
Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, quality, and timelines.
Customer Communication:
Act as the key technical liaison, ensuring updates, escalations, and client satisfaction.
Risk & Escalation Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate development risks.
