• Monitor product performance using data dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, marketplace analytics, BI dashboards) to drive informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to run US-focused campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid promotions across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Oversee order management, fulfillment accuracy, and returns/refund workflows in alignment with marketplace standards.
• Improve the customer experience by partnering with content/design teams to maintain high-conversion product pages.
• Analyze key KPIs including traffic, conversions, AOV, cart abandonment, buy box %, and listing health to recommend optimizations.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, brand standards, and pricing integrity across regions.
• Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to enhance website UX, speed, tagging accuracy (GA4), and overall operational performance.
• Understanding of digital marketing, affiliate channels, and social commerce.
