About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior E-Commerce Training Lead to design and deliver cutting-edge training programs that shape the next generation of e-commerce and quick-commerce professionals in India. This is a high-ownership role where you will develop impactful learning experiences, mentor students, and ensure they are industry-ready to excel in roles across e-commerce and D2C brands.
You’ll combine your hands-on expertise in e-commerce growth with strong training and curriculum design skills to create practical, interactive, and outcome-driven modules that directly translate into career success for learners.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Content Development ( 80%)
Curriculum Design: Develop structured, case study-led modules covering landing page optimization, marketplace management, paid ads, growth tactics, and campaign execution.
Training Delivery: Lead engaging live online sessions using interactive tools, gamified formats, and real-world simulations.
Student Mentorship: Coach learners on industry practices, preparing them to perform effectively as e-commerce and digital marketing professionals.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with external coaches to ensure consistent training quality across all sessions.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and placement data to refine modules, assessments, and student projects.
Program Innovation & Consulting ( 20%)
Real-Brand Projects: Guide students on consulting assignments with partner brands, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact.
Innovation: Experiment with new teaching formats, tools, and approaches to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
Recruiter Alignment: Translate industry feedback into program upgrades that boost student employability and placement success.
Expected Milestones
Month 1: Familiarize yourself with training philosophy, co-facilitate live sessions, and shadow student projects.
Month 2: Deliver independent sessions, launch your first revamped module, and mentor junior coaches.
Month 3+: Take complete ownership of all e-commerce/quick-commerce modules, independently lead consulting projects, and drive innovations in program design.
Success Metrics
Placement Rate: Consistently improve student placement outcomes through industry-relevant training.
Student Engagement (NPS): Maintain high levels of learner satisfaction, motivation, and participation.
Assessment Validity: Design evaluation tools that accurately predict real-world performance in job roles.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience: 4–8 years of proven success driving growth for D2C/e-commerce brands on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart (ads, listings, campaigns, revenue growth).

Execution: Strong ownership, preparation, and delivery of high-quality training sessions.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
Exposure to quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and category-level P&L.
