We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic IT recruitment , with hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring for various IT roles. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and deliver quality results within deadlines.. share your resume to saikumar@sourceonapps.com / 7893047497 Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements across various domains (Software Development, Infrastructure, ERP, Cloud, etc.) Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, internal database, referrals, and networking Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate with hiring managers and understand job roles and expectations Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular reports on hiring status Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts , and post-offer follow-ups Guide and mentor junior recruiters when required Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, IT, or Business Management) 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Strong knowledge of the Indian IT job market, technologies, and hiring trends Excellent understanding of job portals and sourcing tools Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Experience in working with permanent, contract, and C2H hiring Apply for this position Allowed Type(s): .pdf, .doc, .docx By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. *
