Job Description

Contract and AMC Management
  • Handling 140 contracts with the major and high spent suppliers across the region.
  • Evaluated existing suppliers and replaced with new strategic & recommended alliance partners.
  • Signing contracts beyond 10K USD across the region for all categories.
  • Renewing re- doing the agreements for major categories and infusing the competitive supplier to achieve the productivity.
  • Negotiating AMC renewal with OEM/ channel partners for 2-3 years to achieve the Economies of scale.
  • Created/Modified policy and make it as per the requirement of management and in relation with global procurement policy.
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure governance is followed at all locations
  • Responsible for timely renewal of 340 AMCs across the region for critical equipments.
Innovation and Technology
  • Lead approx. 180 projects on Innovation and technology for optimization/savings/Process Improvement.
  • Infused technology in every sphere of category may it be cleaning, Security, Pantry services, Technical, cafeteria and Transportation.
  • Keep on exploring the innovation / Automation / Digitization /Technology initiatives and adopt the best practices.
  • To work on re-use plastic can and adopt sustainable projects like Green chemicals.
Vendor /Stake holder Management
  • Managing more than 700+supplier across regions for various categories like Transport, Cafeteria, security, cleaning etc.
  • Onboarding new strategic alliance partners to achieve productivity and seamless operations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in all Clients spheres.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Clients business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
  • Perform Supplier performance Evaluation on a quarterly basis to achieve to meet the SLA and KPIs
  • Ensure monthly review with Client -Dashboard calls on a monthly basis with client for demonstrating the health of account.
Financial Management
  • To work closely with the clients respective stakeholders to add on the new sites into our portfolio.
  • Get the budget addition and additional manpower for the additional site to gain more on bottom line.
  • Convert Non-controllable to controllable to get the revenue out of it as management Fee.
  • Look for opportunities to cross-sell services like Minor projects.
Performance objectives
  • Work with the account team to ensure that all KPIs, as agreed with Schneider Electric, are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with internal Mandatory Account Deliverables (MADs)
  • Consistent levels of Schneider Electrics engagement to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional service delivery and year on year account growth
