To forecast & plan daily,monthly & yearly plan of activities for responsible area.
To plan & control supply chain management & consumables
activities of activities for responsible area.
To plan & control vendor visits / meetings.
To ensure ECN and Others settlement with suppliers and update price.
To Ensure Price Amendments due to regular change in RM/FE delta with presettled Frequency with support from RM team.
To ensure correct information of parts & cost in the system, PO, cost data etc at Mass poroduction.
Plan & enhance production capacity at vendor end to meet the company's production plan for responsible area.
To plan in advance for repeat tooling of tooled up parts to ensure tool life of mass production parts.
Co-ordinate & manage with vendors for all the issues related to QCD for Mass production once hand over from NM Team.
To ensure timely delivery of SPD Material in specified packing.
To take care of Warranty Issues.
Responsible to co ordinate with other depts. viz Q, Prod, PPC, SPD,
Finance, PE, Material Supply etc.
Responsible to Co ordinate with other Teams for Various Budget
Preparations and so on.
Good grasping of different manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge of Supplier Handling Techniques.
Knowledge of Cost Reduction Techniques.
Knowledge of Costing Method.
