Job Description

Strategic Media Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital, television, print, radio, out-of-home, social, and emerging platforms.
  • Align media plans with client objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
  • Incorporate data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to optimize media investments.

Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee media planning processes from brief to execution, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate media effectiveness, provide recommendations, and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Guide multi-market and cross-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with broader campaign goals.
  • Present strategic plans and recommendations to senior leadership and client teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with vendors, platforms, and external partners to enhance media capabilities.

Team Development

  • Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing media planning team.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing, innovation, and professional growth across the media planning function.
  • Promote best practices, planning frameworks, and efficient workflows.

Process & Governance

  • Define and implement planning processes, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure that media plans adhere to budget, timelines, and brand guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in media effectiveness and planning tools.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of media planning experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated media planning, digital and traditional channels, and measurement tools.
  • Proven experience managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with media buying platforms, planning tools, and reporting dashboards
