Role Overview

Director – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership:

  Partner with founders and business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term business goals.

• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  Drive full-cycle recruitment and build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

• People Operations:

  Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS implementation, and process optimization.

• Performance Management:

  Design and implement robust goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback systems to foster high performance.

• Culture & Engagement:

  Foster a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture that reflects our values and fuels retention.

• Learning & Development:

  Identify and implement capability-building initiatives across leadership and operational teams.

• Policy & Compliance:

  Develop HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.

• Diversity & Inclusion:

  Champion initiatives to ensure an equitable and diverse workplace.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12–14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth B2B or tech/startup environment.
• Proven experience in scaling HR functions in early or growth-stage startups.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in hiring, especially for technical and leadership roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, founder-friendly attitude.
• MBA in HR or related discipline preferred.
