Insight & Strategy

Translate raw data into actionable insights that support key business decisions.

• Identify trends, outliers, and performance drivers across departments.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports with narrative context and recommendations.
  

Stakeholder Partnership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and data needs.

• Act as a strategic advisor—helping teams define, track, and evolve their KPIs.
• Lead regular insight briefings with leadership teams and decision-makers.
  

Reporting Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end reporting lifecycle: from data sourcing and model building to automation and visualization.
• Standardize and improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Ensure “one version of the truth” by owning data definitions and metric governance.
  

Tools & Automation

Implement tools and workflows to automate recurring reporting processes.

• Continuously evaluate and evolve our BI stack and capabilities.
  

Innovation & Enablement

• Champion a data-driven culture through training, tools, and resources.
• Mentor analysts and business partners on data literacy and insight development.
