This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of online marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage SEO and paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits Track and report performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and other tools Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams for campaign execution Plan and execute social media strategies Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Required Skills: Proven experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs) Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and customer journeys Ability to analyze performance data and improve campaign strategies Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred) Benefits: Flexible work hours and remote work option Skill-based growth opportunities and bonuses Exposure to international clients and large-scale projects Supportive and collaborative work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: SEO tools: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person
