We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation & Inside Sales Executive with at least one year of relevant experience in lead generation or sales, ideally within the IT/software services domain. The candidate should have a passion for business growth, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions from initial contact through to qualified opportunity. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively with our business development team, and who is confident in handling both lead generation and inside sales activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential leads and decision-makers in target industries. Generate new leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calls , and social media. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and hand over to the sales team or handle closures where applicable. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system. Coordinate and schedule meetings/demos between leads and business teams. Create and send outreach messages and proposals tailored to client needs. Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities. Support marketing efforts with feedback from outreach campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and lead generation tools. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or pre-sales support (preferably in IT/software services). Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and lead databases. Ability to manage outreach campaigns and follow-up independently. Comfortable handling sales calls, explaining offerings, and engaging with prospects. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Organized and efficient in tracking performance metrics. Preferred Skills Experience with international clients is a plus. Prior exposure to IT services, cloud, or software product sales.
