Marketing Executive- Freshers

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Marketing Executive (Fresher) to assist in executing marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand-building initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in marketing or business studies who are eager to learn and grow in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support in lead generation activities through research and online platforms
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to create marketing content, case studies, and proposals
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research
• Help manage social media accounts, campaigns, and engagement
• Participate in promotional events, webinars, and marketing outreach
• Maintain and update CRM with client and lead information
• Track marketing metrics and prepare reports for analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of digital platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing tools
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, Google Workspace is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
