Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts in the US region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating qualified sales leads (SQLs) for IT services such as cloud solutions, AI/ML, digital product engineering, and SAP modernization . This role is fully individual-contributor focused, requiring strong research, outreach, and lead qualification skills. You will play a critical role in creating a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline and nurturing cold leads into high-quality prospects within mid-market and enterprise-level accounts . Key Responsibilities: Identify and build prospect lists that align with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in sectors like FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, and SAP . Execute outreach campaigns using cold email, LinkedIn engagement , and intent-based tools to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) . Use platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Outreach, and HubSpot to automate and scale prospecting efforts. Conduct detailed lead qualification using frameworks like BANT, CHAMP , or custom criteria. Consistently meet monthly SQL targets , going beyond just appointment setting or MQLs. Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to personalize outreach content with relevant technical context. Maintain accurate reporting on outreach performance, SQL conversion rates, ICP alignment, and pipeline growth. Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or demand generation roles for IT service providers targeting the US market. Demonstrated success in generating sales-qualified leads —not just contacts or meeting bookings. Solid understanding of enterprise IT services including cloud, AI/ML, and software modernization. Skilled in using B2B lead generation tools and CRM platforms , with attention to data quality and follow-ups. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas. Self-motivated, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a remote, metric-driven environment . Performance Benchmarks: Achieve or exceed monthly SQL goals (defined per quarter). Maintain a high conversion rate from outreach to SQL . Ensure lead quality matches defined ICP and vertical segments . Demonstrate steady pipeline progression and effective collaboration with the closing/sales team.
