Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels including website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and tools, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the B2B or technology industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
