Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executve who can lead our online marketing initiatives and manage all types of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, data-driven strategies, and proven success in driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals (leads, conversions, ROAS).
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and regular reports.
• Work with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B tests.
• Oversee SEO/SEM efforts and coordinate with content and web development teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ad technologies.
• Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in running all types of paid campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic ad platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or software industry
• Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
