Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), including budgeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Drive organic traffic growth through on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and backlinking strategies in collaboration with content and development teams.
• Lead and mentor junior marketers, designers, and content creators; streamline processes and implement testing roadmaps (A/B and multivariate testing).
• Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and data analysis to identify trends and maximize marketing ROI.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for B2C (clients) and B2B (partners/vendors) segments.
• Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, and others) for content creation and to personalize and A/B test content efficiently at scale.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, sharing performance insights, recommendations, and campaign updates.

Requirements :

• 24 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong drive for measurable results.
